Registration and Payment :
Courses are offered on a
first-come, first-serve basis. Seating is limited. We urge you to register for a
Course as soon as possible. If a Course is full, you may be placed on the
waiting list. Your Account Executive will notify you if cancellations occur and
space becomes available.
Vibrant Worldwide Inc may amend the Course it offers at any time,
without notice. Vibrant reserves the right to postpone or
cancel Courses at any time, without notice due to low enrolment or circumstances
beyond its control. The cost of a Course may vary due to changes without
notification.
Course fees must be paid in
full at least two weeks before the course start date. Fees can be paid by online
credit card payment gateway on
www.vibrantbootcamp.com
Cancellation of Course by Vibrant Boot Camp :
In extreme circumstances Vibrant Bootcamp may find it necessary to
reschedule a course booking if the rescheduled dates are not convenient Vibrant
Boot Camp’s liability will be limited to a refund of the fees paid.
Vibrant Boot Camp does not accept responsibility for any claims for
consequential loss by the delegate/customer.
Cancellation of Course by
Delegate/Customer:
Bootcamp fees are transferable up to 20 days prior to the beginning of the camp
and must be pre-approved by Vibrant Boot Camp.
Bootcamp fees are not refundable.
No refunds will be made for
cancellations.
Property, Security and IT Policy:
Vibrant Boot Camp does not accept any responsibility or liability in
respect of loss or damage to any property brought into Vibrant Boot Camp premises. All delegates/customers will be required to abide with any
security measures operating at the course location. Delegates/customers must
comply with Vibrant Boot Camp's Computing and ICT Policy concerning
the integrity and security of IT systems, software, copyright and misuse of
computers.
Copyright:
It is acknowledged that all intellectual property rights, including copyright,
patents, design rights and know-how in or relating to the course or course
materials provided, or made available in connection with the course, remain the
property of Vibrant Boot Camp or its licensors. No copies may be
made of course notes or other study materials without prior written permission
of the Board of Directors of Vibrant Boot Camp.
Delegate/Customer Responsibility:
You, the delegate/customer, are responsible to ensure the course is suitable for
your requirements. Vibrant Boot Camp will provide the course with
reasonable care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that the content
of the course does not meet your requirements.
Limited Liability :

Vibrant Boot Camp 's total
liability to you or any other party whether arising in tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract or otherwise, shall in no
event exceed the amount of Course fees actually paid by you for the portion of
Courses to which any liability arises.

Vibrant Boot Camp shall in no
circumstances be under any liability to you or any other party and whether
arising in tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract or
otherwise, in respect of any claim, loss, damage or expense:
1.
Arising out of any
personal injury, sickness or death; or
2.
In relation to any
including consequential, indirect or economic loss or loss of profits.
